    Either oregano or marjoram ... they're very similar ... the flowers help with an ID.

    Those are the buds ... oregano flowers look like this

    Marjoram flowers look like this

    They're very closely related.

    I have this plant which I always assumed was oregano. The leaves are much smaller than on the first plant though.
