I'm finding this grub inside new leaf growth on many plants such as camillia, Rose, Mint, Sage.
Damage can be severe

It's a Tortrix / Light-brown Apple Moth larvae, my Euonymus and Honeysuckles are full of them, I just pick them off and squish them.
