ID lucky dip Perennials

Hello,

I received these as plant plugs as part of a lucky dip perennial mix from Thompson & Morgan but I accidentally threw out the label.  Can anyone identify them?

    Looks like the basal rosette of an eryngium before it sends up the flowering stems.  I think T&M often supply E. Blue Hobbit.
