Help!what are these weeds and how do I get rid of them?

So I moved into my house 2 months go, the day we moved in the garden was clear not a weed in sight. Within a few days I started noticing these strange weeds appearing just at the bottom in the gravel. I put down lots of weed killer and it didn't do anything at all. So after spending 2 days pulling them out, I then lay new gravel thinking that was the end of it. Again a few days later more appeared! So after pulling them out again and spraying more weed killer, they've come back with a vengeance and have now not only multiplied over my gravel area but have now started growing in my lawn. 

Can someone please tell me what they are and how I can get to of them please?

    Sorry to say but as far as UK weeds go, they are probably the hardest of all to eradicate image
