Fruitless courgette

Help please. I have 2 courgette plants both growing well, planted next to each other on the same day, same variety, both are producing lots of flowers but only one is actually producing any fruit and I have no idea why the other isn't, does anyone have any thoughts on what I have done wrong? Thank you.

They all do that for start, they throw out lots of males, the females will come later, no need to worry.
