Unknown house plant

Hi all

Last Sunday I bought an unusual house plant at a bootsale but haven't a clue what it is called. I think it may be of the Orchid family ?? But have no idea how to look after it.

I was told by the seller that it has vanilla scented flowers, any clue would be gratefully received. ????

    Vanilla would fit the bill, but unlikely

    For anyone who is curious about the unknown house plant I bought a little while ago I have managed to track down the lovely, helpful seller who informs me the plant is called Albuca spiralis also known as Sizzle Frizzle.
