Cherry Tree
I planted a miniature cherry tree in my garden 4 years ago and one of my beautifu.... most of the time... cats decided it was there new scratching post.
Th led to the bark having scratches and chunk missing.
i have put bark protect and fix on, a light green solution which is like a paint.
I have also put stakes around the base of the tree to stop the cats getting too close.
The poor tree has struggled since and each year the tree blossoms but the flowers quickly discolour and drop off meaning the tree has never fruited.
any suggestions on how I can bring the tree back to full health would be appreciated

the bark is the most important part of a tree, it's where the water and nutrients are transported. If much is missing the tree won't survive
In the sticks near Peterborough
Try wrapping a multiple layer of chicken-wire around it ; if that fails , try anti-freeze!
