Whats wrong with our roses?

Hi we bought some David Austin climbing roses 3 weeks ago and they are not looking healthycat all.
Looking at the photos can anyone tell us what the issue could be?

They may be rain damage. If they are not on the newer blooms, it's nothing to worry about.
Its the weather. Roses don't like rain and these fancy multi petalled blooms are more prone to this sort of thing. My David Austin roses look as though they have been attacked with a table tennis bat.
Rain damage, mine look awful
