viburnum kilimanjaro sunrise
in Plants
I bought this plant last year because my daughter has a lovely specimen in her garden. This year it has flowered and it's pink. Her's is white. All of the photos on the web are white. This plant still has its label on it so I'm not making a mistake this is what it is (supposedly). I don't want a pink one and it cost me £20, but before I contact the garden centre I would like to be sure that they don't come out pink in certain soil or infancy or whatever. I have read that they have a pink tinge as they open, but the flowers are all open now and they are definitely a rather unattractive pink! Many thanks.

it seems that the flowers have a pink tinge early in the season but turn white later. With a name like that I would expect it to be pink!

Mine is white and I have to admit I never even noticed a pink tinge to the young flowers.
Maybe it's mislabelled..?
One of these possibly?

Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
Thanks for your response. I think I could live with this pink! Mine is shocking pink............But I think it must be mislabelled as you say.
