Can anyone help me identify this flower please im not sure if ots indoor or outdoor plant

    If the photo won't upload try reducing its size ... that usually works image

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Looks like a carnation - dianthus.

    Dianthus or Garden Pinks. Both grown outdoors, but some Dianthus plants are not totally hardy. Only down to zero and need to be part grown with protection. Garden pinks, usually are shorter in height and have grey coloured stems are usually hardy.
