Please can you help name this plant/weed

Could anyone please help Identify these plant/weeds as they seem to be spreading in our garden and we are a little concerned

    These are the leaves

    This is growing fast, getting taller and taller and spreading all over the bank at the end of the garden

    that looks an unlikely match, Are you sure? The one in front appears to be coming up to a very different sort of flower

  • oh dear, you can probably tell I'm just a novice. 

    Although it's pouring with rain I'll try and get some more photo's and post them a little later image

    the bank I refer to is enormous and covered with all sorts of weeds including Great Bindweed etc, a complete nightmare!

    This "Stuff" is spreading so fast and furious its frightening.

  • Well Iv'e manage a few photos.

    First one is as near as I can get to what I think are the leaves.

    the others are of one half of the bank, just to show/explain what I'm battling!

    Yes, a Galium. Hedge Bedstraw, Galium album, probably but there are others to choose from.

    I'll sleep well tonight hopefully (a neighbor suggested that it might be Knotweed, (Eeeek)
