Weed identification- Help!

Can anybody help me identify this?
it seems to spread.
I bought some topsoil last year to fill in raised beds.
which has produced weeds such as scarlet pimpernel, plaintain etc. However I also sprinkled some wildsees. So I'm not sure wether this is even a weed!

It's a Persicaria maculosa or Spotted Lady's thumb - which I'm afraid is a weed
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
