What are these palm trees?

Hi Im new here,  I've just got a house and other than mowing the lawn i dont have a clue what I'm doing in the garden.

What are these palm trees and do i have to do anything with them to either stop them dying or stop them taking over?

First looks like Trachycarpus fortunei, second looks like cordyline australis last one might be another cordyline. They need plenty of water and  maybe some winter protection (depending on where you are) although they are all fairly hardy.
