Sweet peas out of control - help!!

On the advice of you clever folk on here I applied perhaps more than a liberal dressing of sulphur of potash to all my plants this year - and maybe just a dollop of horse manure. Everything has gone mad! The 4 year old perennial sweet peas are now, what, 10 feet high and would be as broad if they weren't corralled to an inch of their lives with netting around their waist - they're still making a bid for freedom though.  I'm afraid that in a few weeks we'll be left with a very tired and miserable looking specimen. Yes, I'm deadheading as much as I can. More feed to help it through the summer?
