morning glory

What do you all think about Morning glory?  I am a bit worried now I have put it in people say its hard to remove.

    Not if you live in the UK.

    It will die as soon as there is a frost.

    It's not hardy is it? won't it die in winter?

    A tender S.American climber (Ipomoea) ; first hard frost will kill it outright.

    I love it .Never had any problems with it.

    Stunning blue flowers ; pink varieties are sometimes grown .

    Love them. First grew only blue but now have everything from white to deep purple. It dies off here in Paris but if you decide you like it it's easy to collect seed late in the season and you get free plants next year. Because I'm growing multi colors I get some great unexpected surprises from last years seed harvest.

  • Morning glory are annuals. I have blue and red from seed.
