Rescued Bee Behaviour

Hi all, I was watering plants in the greenhouse earlier and noticed what seemed to be a poor exhausted bee, I got it onto a small plant and offered water before taking it off to the aquilegia (I see plenty of bees buzzing around them) it got on but just cosied down in a gap and has remained there for the last hour or so! Should I leave to rest or try and get it out!?

If it was me I would let him rest.

Leave it be ( bee ? ) until it shows signs of wanting to move - ensure it can exit your GH safely without getting caught up in any cobwebs or other obstacles.  If necessary, you can use a paper cup/tub and a piece of paper to capture and release outside in the daytime.

I once read to give them sugar so if I ever find one I give it watered down jam. I don't know if this is what you're supposed to do but it has worked for us a few times.
